- A copy of the practice Leaflet.
- A health check appointment after registration.
- Medical treatment for an urgent matter within 24 hours.
- Sessions to start on time or to be kept informed of any delays.
- Repeat medications to available within 48 working hours of a written request.
- Staff to be polite, helpful and efficient.
- Your medical record transferred to the Primary Care Agency immediately on request.
In return we would like you to:-
- Treat staff with courtesy.
- Attend your appointment on time.
- Request a home visit only when too ill to come to the surgery.
- Use the out of hours service only when your condition seriously makes this necessary.
If you feel our agreed standards are not being met then please contact our practice manager who will respond to your concerns within 48 hours.
